In the event that you have lost your debit card or it has been stolen, please go to your Bank of Kremlin Online Banking, log in, select your card from the list, select the “Block” button, and select the confirm button. Now your Bank of Kremlin debit card has been successfully blocked. If you do not have Online Banking, please call your local branch to report a lost or stolen debit card. If it is after business hours, please call 1-888-263-3370.

To request a new debit card please call your branch and speak with one of our CSRs about ordering a new card. Alternatively, you can stop by our Oakwood branch and we can make you a debit card on-site!

Once you have been redirected, click the “Not enrolled? Sign up now” link below the “Submit” button. Please fill out ALL applicable fields and click “Submit”. One of our team members will review your application, give you a call, and approve your application. Upon approval, you should have access to your OLB withing 30 minutes to an hour.
